Who am I
Today I'm am a culinary wanna be, a poseur. I must admit I was brought into the culinary "light" by people like Anthony Bourdain amongst others. At first by their general hedonistic zeal and severe disdain for the bourgeoisie, both of which I have done well with considering I spent the first 15 years of my working life in I.T. Since I started however I became intrigued with process, it suddenly occurred to me after a good bit of watching cooking formatted for one hour tv that after learning the particulars, cooking is only process, something I excel at.
